Workshop - Coffee Roasting

Coffee roasting is a complex process in which a roasting expert transforms the coffee beans, extracting all of its flavours, aromas and qualities. There are many factors that are essential to consider when roasting coffee, and a great deal of precision, consistency and awareness is required in order to achieve the best results!

In this workshop we will take you through a roast, giving you some insight on how the coffee goes from green to golden brown and ready to drink. And to top it all off, some tasting and sensory training at the end of the show.
