Fazenda Olhos D’Água – A Legacy of Excellence in Coffee
Located in the municipality of Pedregulho, São Paulo, in the Alta Mogiana region, Fazenda Olhos D’Água is owned by Mauricio and Rafael Giolo, coffee producers since 1959. Today, the farm is managed by the grandson and great-grandson of Patriarch Antonio Giolo.
The farm began its coffee plantation in a region where the Cerrado biome once dominated, and lush pastures defined the agricultural landscape. At the time, this initiative challenged conventional ideas and concepts, making coffee the cornerstone of the property and inspiring future generations.
Award-Winning Coffee
Fazenda Olhos D’Água has been the birthplace of prize-winning coffee, earning recognition in recent competitions. The farm has produced some of the finest coffee beans in the region, even ranking as a finalist among the best coffees in Brazil.
Grown at an altitude of 1,000 meters, with good sun exposure and natural drying on patios, the coffee develops a delicate profile, featuring a smooth, chocolatey fragrance and a full-bodied cup with outstanding quality. These characteristics are further enhanced by:
Sustainable cultivation practices
Rich basaltic soil
Exceptional quality standards
These elements elevate Fazenda Olhos D’Água’s coffee to the category of Brazil’s finest coffees.
