Sítio Serra das Estrelas has its own infrastructure for the cultivation of organic seedlings, coffee planting, and processing of SPECIAL coffees, in addition to growing fruits, cereals, and roots. Nestled within a native forest reserve, the site is equipped with a complete system that includes a greenhouse, a raised drying patio, processing warehouses, and storage facilities for the coffee beans.

Of family origin, Sítio Serra das Estrelas has always been a magical place, full of peace and joy for over 40 years. Surrounded by native vegetation and a forest reserve, the site is located at an altitude of 1,500 meters on the Estrada do Observatório (LNA) at the top of the Serra da Mantiqueira, in the city of Brasópolis, Minas Gerais. The organic specialty coffees produced at the site are intercropped with various fruits, vegetables, cereals, roots, and native trees, making the flavor of these coffees a unique experience of pleasure and satisfaction.
