Carmo Coffees

Serra da Mantiqueira - MG

With it, the best sensations

Nature has a tendency for whimsy, especially in the coffee plants that grow in the Serra da Mantiqueira. It almost seems like the coffee itself chose the best soil to thrive in.

It quickly felt at home: the rainy summer climate, contrasting with the dry season ideal for the ripening of the fruits, makes the beans ready to be harvested at the most pleasant temperature.

This is when the sun and the soil shine, and the mountains are covered with colorful trees and crops, creating a scene that looks like a painting in shades of yellow and red. It’s impossible to pass through Carmo de Minas and its farms without being in awe.

It’s no surprise that some of the oldest inhabitants say that the ancestors already believed that the coffee grown there was special. In this context, CarmoCoffees emerges, embraced by hundreds of local cultivators who share the same respect and admiration for coffee, the fruit, and the drink.

The innovation and quality processes that guide the New Flavors Program go beyond expectations. This is where CarmoCoffees excels in developing new standards and profiles for the beans already produced by its partner growers.

The love for the region is not only found in the coffee plants. CarmoCoffees supports the CriaCarmo social project, benefiting 200 children in Carmo de Minas, expanding opportunities in the school environment, and bringing sports and health to the community.

The thoughtfulness and synergy of the professionals at CarmoCoffees, along with their relationship with the surrounding area and the friendships cultivated with everyone involved in the coffee cultivation process, from production to the final product, ensure that the best coffee in Brazil is made here. And, with it, the best sensations.
