Guarantee of origin and quality

Farmers in Espírito Santo cultivate both species of coffee: Arabica and Robusta, and it is the second largest coffee producer in Brazil (after Minas Gerais) with a share of approximately 1/5 of national production. Even with so many numbers to celebrate, the current situation of the arabica coffee plantation deserves special attention. According to 2011 data from the National Supply Company CONAB, it is aged and there is a need to accelerate the renovation process.
