Pedregulho - SP
Olhos D'água Farm
In the municipality of Pedregulho-SP, in the region of Alta Mogiana, is the farm Olhos D'Água, of the producer Rafael Giolo, coffee producer since 1959, through the generations of the patriarch Antonio Giolo. An upright, hard-working man, whose family came from Italy, starting the planting of coffee plantations, changing the ideas and concepts of the time, encouraging future generations. Leaving its legacy and teaching, whose model and attitudes will never be forgotten, becoming a reference in specialty coffees, cradle and origin of award-winning bags, obtaining the first place in 2015 in the State of São Paulo and the 4th place in the selection of the best coffees in Brazil in 2015 by ABIC, with a microlot coffee, grown at a height of 1,000 meters, southeast face exposed to the sun, with manual harvesting and drying in a yard, with 4 to 5 runs per day. These care that gave the grains a fine aspect, a soft and chocolatey fragrance, a full-bodied drink of low acidity with notes of almonds and chocolate, characteristics that are highlighted by the excellent quality of the product and the sustainability of the medium that is grown, certainly leaving this mark of recognition as one of the Best Coffees in Brazil.

Intense and sublimely flavored coffees
This region stands out for the large-scale production of Arabica coffees and drinks with strictly soft, soft, just soft and hard characteristics. The average temperature of 20ºC facilitates the cultivation of coffee, but its sandy soil needs correction and fertilization more frequently than other producing areas. The average altitude is between 900 and 1,000 meters.
