Brazópolis - MG
Serra das Estrelas site
The Serra das Estrelas Site, by Paulo Afonso Ferreira has a lot of knowledge and its own infrastructure for the cultivation and organic production of specialty coffees, from the creation of seedlings, planting to the processing of coffees, as well as the cultivation of fruits, cereals and roots. In the middle of a native forest reserve, the Serra das Estrelas Site has a complete system that includes a greenhouse, suspended terrace, processing and storage sheds for coffee beans.
Of family origin, the site has always been a magical place, surrounded by native vegetation and forest reserve, at an altitude of 1,500m, located at the top of the Mantiqueira mountain range, in the city of Brasópolis in the South of Minas Gerais. The organic specialty coffees produced on the site are intercropped with various fruits, vegetables, cereals, roots and native trees, which makes the taste and aroma of these coffees a unique experience.

It is the biggest coffee producer in the world!
Sul de Minas is the largest Arabica coffee producing region in Brazil. It has altitudes between 850m and 1,250m and average annual temperature between 22 and 24°C. Interestingly, this region is the largest coffee producer in the world! Its high altitude and annual average temperature facilitate the production of full-bodied coffees, with slightly acidic citric flavors and fruity aromas.
